PHARMACEUTICAL QUALITY

Mag. pharm. Dr. rer. nat. Catharina Neudorfer, BA is a pharmacist, expert in cosmetics and natural cosmetics and founder of CN INNOVATIONS. Having worked in the pharmaceutical sector for years, she knows: "In the end, it's all about compound interactions on the simplest, molecular level." When it comes to effective, natural cosmetic products it is about more than simply using organic ingredients. In fact, that is only the first step in creating a product that is not only non-toxic, but that actually heals and nourishes skin. The raw materials used today in most cosmetic and also natural cosmetic products often undergo several processing steps, where they are refined, bleached, deodorized, clarified, fractionated and heated at high temperatures. As a result, these raw materials are taken from their naturalness and they are practically equivalent to chemically produced substances. These processes destroy or deprive the previously natural raw materials of all valuable ingredients that are actually so beneficial to the skin. They are therefore no longer able to interact with the tissue in their original way, because only living substances have the potential to actually generate powerful effects.

"Cosmetics of all kinds are products that are often used from an early age and whose application we may have incorporated into our everyday lives. They should therefore be rich in organic, natural raw materials that nourish the skin and support its regeneration and healing."
